A motorcoach is a larger vehicle, typically seating 30-61 passengers, designed for long-distance travel with amenities like restrooms and luggage bays. A mini bus is smaller, seating 12-35 passengers, and is ideal for shorter trips and local transfers.
Our cancellation and change policies are detailed in your contract. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please contact your trip coordinator as soon as possible for any modifications.
While we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Please contact us directly to discuss your urgent transportation needs.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for peak seasons or large events, ideally 3-6 months. However, we can often accommodate bookings with shorter notice depending on availability.
