Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
All Bus Charter operates a lead-referral marketplace that connects people planning group transportation with independent, vetted charter bus operators. We are not a motor carrier and we do not own, operate or dispatch buses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
If you have any question about this policy, contact us at contact@allbuscharter.com or call +1 (321) 204-7724.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form or operator application, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, trip details (pickup and destination, dates, passenger count, vehicle preference and notes), and — for operators — company name, USDOT number, fleet size, vehicle types and service area.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view, along with aggregate analytics about how the site is used. We use this to keep the site secure, fast and functional.
We do not collect payment card details. You pay the operator you choose directly, using whatever method they accept.
3. How we use your information
We use your trip request to match you with charter bus operators in the network who serve your route and have suitable vehicles, and we share your request details with those matched operators so they can send you quotes. We cap distribution at five operators per request.
We also use your information to respond to enquiries, send transactional messages such as a confirmation that we received your request, maintain and improve the service, detect fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertising networks or unrelated third parties.
4. Operator contact and your consent
When you submit a quote request you explicitly consent to being contacted about that trip by up to five matched operators, by phone, text message or email. This consent is specific to the trip enquiry you submitted.
Each operator is an independent business responsible for its own communications and its own privacy practices. If you would prefer a particular operator stop contacting you, tell them directly, or contact us and we will pass the request along and remove you from further distribution.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the site — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and customer support tooling — strictly so they can perform services for us, and under obligations of confidentiality.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, our operators or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep quote requests and correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and satisfy legal and accounting obligations — typically 36 months from your last interaction — after which records are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy in portable form, or object to certain processing. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email contact@allbuscharter.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We verify requests before acting on them and respond within the time required by applicable law, usually within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use two categories of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working — they remember your quote form progress, keep an operator signed in to the portal and protect forms against abuse. These are always on because the site cannot function without them.
Optional analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage patterns, for example which pages people find useful and where forms are abandoned. They are only set after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie bar shown on your first visit; choosing “Essential only” keeps them off.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the cookie bar appear again on your next visit. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser settings, though essential functionality may then be affected. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to build advertising profiles.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously and review our practices regularly.
10. Children's privacy
The site is intended for adults arranging group transportation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. When we make material changes we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
