About us
We make bus companies compete for your trip
Since 2026, All Bus Charter has helped groups get honest prices on group transportation by doing one thing well: putting a single trip request in front of the vetted operators best placed to run it.
Our story
All Bus Charter started with a spreadsheet and a frustrating week. Our founder was booking transportation for a 300-person conference and called eleven bus companies to get six usable quotes. The spread between the highest and the lowest for the identical itinerary was almost $4,000.
That gap was not anybody behaving badly. It was information. Charter operators price against the vehicles they already have moving on a given day — a company with a coach finishing a job near your pickup will quote sharply to avoid an empty run home, while a company that has to send a bus across the state has to charge for it. Neither price is wrong, and you simply cannot tell which is which by calling one number.
So we built the thing that had been missing: one short request, distributed to a capped number of vetted operators who actually want that specific job. In 0 years we have grown to more than 1,800 partner operators across all 50 states and helped organise over 12,000 trips — from a fifteen-seat sprinter to a fourteen-coach conference shuttle programme.
What has not changed is the business model. Travellers never pay us. Operators pay for qualified leads, and that alignment is what keeps our recommendations honest — including the times we tell someone a cheaper school bus is the right answer.

Our mission
Make group transportation transparent. Every organiser — whether they book one field trip a year or forty charters a season — should be able to see the real market price for their trip in under an hour, from operators they can trust with their people.

What we stand for
Four commitments we don't bend on
A marketplace only works if both sides trust it. These are the rules that keep ours honest.
Free for travellers, always
Operators pay us for qualified leads. Nobody comparing quotes pays a cent, and we never mark up an operator's price or add a booking fee at checkout.
Vetted means verified
Active USDOT passenger authority, a satisfactory FMCSA safety rating and current commercial liability insurance — checked before an operator gets a lead, and re-checked on a rolling basis.
You book direct
We hand off to the operator and get out of the way. Your contract, your relationship, your point of contact if something changes at 6am on the day of travel.
Useful over promotional
Our guides publish real price ranges and honest tradeoffs, including when a cheaper vehicle is the right call. Trust compounds; hype does not.
How we vet operators
What 'vetted' actually means here
Plenty of sites use the word. Here is our specific, checkable list.
Free & No Obligation
Submitting a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Compare the quotes, ask questions, walk away if the numbers don't work.
Vetted & Insured Operators
Every operator is checked for active USDOT authority, a satisfactory FMCSA safety rating and current commercial liability insurance before they receive a single lead.
Best Price Through Competition
Up to five operators bid on the same trip details, so you see the real market rate instead of one company's opening number.
24/7 Customer Support
Our quote desk runs around the clock. If something changes the night before departure, a person answers the phone.
We also encourage you to verify any carrier yourself. Ask for their USDOT number and look it up on the FMCSA SAFER site — it takes five minutes and it is the single highest-value check in the booking process.

What organisers tell us
“I requested quotes on a Tuesday morning and had four operators on the phone before lunch. We saved just over $900 versus the single vendor we'd used for years — same class of coach, better driver.”
Marisa DelgadoSenior Event Planner · Halcyon Meetings Group “Twenty-two away games a season and I no longer chase quotes for any of them. The operator we found through All Bus Charter now holds our whole schedule, and the buses show up early every single time.”
Coach Ray WhitfieldAthletic Director · Northgate Preparatory School “Two hotels, 180 guests, a venue with a driveway that scared off three companies. The operator they matched us with sent a mini bus that fit perfectly and ran the loop until midnight. Flawless.”
