    Terms of Service

Last updated March 1, 2025. Written to be read — plain language wherever the law allows it.

    1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the All Bus Charter website and services. By using the site, submitting a quote request or applying as an operator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    2. What we are — and what we are not

All Bus Charter is a lead-referral marketplace. We introduce people planning group transportation to independent charter bus operators. We are not a motor carrier, broker of transportation, travel agency or insurer. We do not own, lease, operate, dispatch or control any vehicle, and we do not employ any driver.

Any transportation contract is formed solely between you and the operator you choose. That operator alone is responsible for the vehicle, the driver, the itinerary, safety, licensing, insurance and the performance of the trip.

    3. Quotes, pricing and booking

Quotes are provided by independent operators and are estimates until confirmed in a signed contract with that operator. Price ranges published on this site are national averages for planning purposes only and are not offers.

We do not charge travellers any fee, and we do not add a markup or commission to an operator's price. You pay the operator directly, on the terms in their contract. Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation charges, overtime rates and refund policies are set by that operator — read the contract before you sign.

    4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete trip information and to have authority to submit the request on behalf of your group or organisation. You agree not to submit false requests, use the site to harvest operator contact details, interfere with the site's operation, or use automated means to scrape or overload the service.

You are responsible for verifying that any operator you engage holds current operating authority and insurance appropriate to your trip. We publish a free step-by-step guide to checking a carrier's federal DOT record, and we encourage you to use it.

    5. Operator obligations

Operators who join the network represent that they hold active USDOT passenger carrier authority, maintain commercial liability insurance at or above federal minimums, employ properly licensed and qualified drivers, and participate in a DOT drug-and-alcohol testing program. Operators must keep this information current and notify us of any material change.

We verify these credentials at onboarding and re-verify on a rolling basis, and we may suspend or remove any operator at our discretion. Verification is a screening process, not a warranty of performance.

    6. Consent to be contacted

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box, you agree that up to five matched operators may contact you about that trip by phone, text message or email using the details you provided. You may ask any operator to stop contacting you at any time, or contact us to be removed from further distribution.

    7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content and price estimates are complete or current.

We make no warranty regarding the conduct, punctuality, safety, vehicle condition or quality of service of any operator. Your engagement of an operator is entirely at your own risk and judgement.

    8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Bus Charter and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, property damage, trip delay, cancellation or business interruption arising out of your use of the service or any transportation provided by an operator.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

    9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Bus Charter from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or any dispute between you and an operator.

    10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, guides, layout, graphics, logos and the All Bus Charter name — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own non-commercial planning use. You may not republish, resell or systematically copy it without written permission.

    11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing anything, please contact us — the overwhelming majority of issues are resolved by a phone call.

    12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@allbuscharter.com or raised by phone on +1 (321) 204-7724.
